Agile Serbia organizes Online Certified Scrum Product Owner Course in April 2020. After you have finished with Online CSPO course, you will become a Certified Product Owner, officially registered by the Scrum Alliance, which means you are capable of leading a Scrum team through a Product Backlog and communicate the product vision in an Agile environment.
Scrum is one of the most widely represented and easiest Agile frameworks in the world. In the beginning, Scrum was used in software development, while today a large number of companies use Scrum and on complex projects in various industries. There are three basic roles in Scrum, and these are Scrum Master, Product Owner and members of development team.
Scrum Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of a product and the work of a development team. In addition, this role is responsible for managing Product Backlog. Product Ownership means to guide the process of product development towards business success and customer satisfaction, not just prioritizing work and writing User Story for the development team.
How you will learn about Scrum?
Online Certified Scrum Product Owner Course will be delivered in real-time, through the Zoom platform. Your trainer at the course is Miljan Bajic, a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Enterprise Coach, who has more than 15 years of work experience, a university lecturer in the USA, a speaker at Agile conferences across the USA and Europe, the holder of many other certifications: CSM, CSPO, CSP, CST, CTC , SAFe SPC, PMP, PMI-ACP.
What kind of benefits attendees may expect?
After the course, the participants will know when and for what Agile methodologies should be used and which approach is appropriate in particular situation. Furthermore, they will know what is expected of a person as a Product Owner, how to communicate with the development team and a Scrum Master, as well as with other stakeholders. Most importantly, they will know how to effectively describe the things / functionalities that customers and users want, how much detail really is useful, how to use feedback from the development team, to anticipate the opportunities, risks and consequences of the planned work, which techniques to use to “lure” valuable information and learn the needs of stakeholders, and how to inform them about progress. After the course, the participants will become the members of the Agile Serbia & CEE Region community.
