Agile Serbia organizes Online Certified Scrum Master Course in May 2020. In the Online Certified Scrum Master course you will learn how to help your development team to properly use Scrum. You will be certified by an official CSM certificate from the Scrum Alliance (a global organization for Scrum framework).
Scrum is one of the most widely represented and easiest Agile frameworks in the world. In the beginning, Scrum was used in software development, while today a large number of companies use Scrum and on complex projects in various industries.
The role of a Scrum Master in a team is to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with Scrum principles and rules. Scrum Master helps the development team and removes the obstacles that are on their way to success, leads meetings and supports the practice of the Scrum.
How you will learn about Scrum?
Online Certified Scrum Master Course will be delivered in real-time, through the Zoom platform. Your trainer at the course is Miljan Bajic, a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Enterprise Coach, who has more than 15 years of work experience, a university lecturer in the USA, a speaker at Agile conferences across the USA and Europe, the holder of many other certifications: CSM, CSPO, CSP, CST, CTC , SAFe SPC, PMP, PMI-ACP.
