At the end of last week, the cluster in cooperation with the Connecting Association organized a Job shadowing program in the premises of the Science and Technology Park Belgrade, which included a presentation on theme “Position: Project Coordinator”. Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basic elements of projects, project management, as well as to learn more about the cluster and his activities.
On behalf of the STP, Marija Mirković presented the activities and programs implemented by the park to the participants of the program. These programs are intended for young people and those who are just starting to work on their ideas, whether they are in the phase of validating their idea or they need additional knowledge to develop their idea into a successful business.
On this occasion, CEO and founder of Voice Toys Company, Dragoljub Markovic, shared his experiences, presenting to the participants the development path of his company, from the initial idea and sketch, to the finished physical product.
At the end of 2021, the Connecting Association and the Cluster formalized their cooperation by signing a Memorandum, for the purpose of realizing the Job shadowing component of the award-winning program “When I Grow Up I Will Be …”. The memorandum was concluded in order to establish mutual cooperation, which will be based on the principles of good partnership and will be guided by the interests of young people.
Connecting operates nationally by providing proven career counseling services, organizing summer camps and trainings. This association is one of the few organizations from the territory of South Banat that has a Certificate of Accredited Organization for the implementation and improvement of quality standards of youth work.
