Product Owner is the role in the Scrum team, which should enable the creation of a product. Miljan Bajić, as a virtuos in training, with 15-year international training experience at various corporate levels, will introduce attendees to the next steps and reveal the upgraded practice that experienced Product Owners have. This intensive five-day course will prepare you to take on the Product Owner. You will learn about more creative managing stakeholders, better refining the Product Backlog, emerging detail with Product Backlog Items and User Stories including Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done.
