CEED Serbia will soon begin to implement a new program for the improvement of human resources in companies that are growing. The program is designed for business owners who don’t have a HR department, as well as owners of companies that are in the growth phase, and considering introduction HR departments and managers who will assume the role of HR in the company and for the HR managers who want additional education. The program, among other things, includes a series of workshops, open discussions and exchange of experiences among the participants.
