DIGITALIZATION PATH PROJECT is funded by the USAID ’s Economic Development, Governance and Enterprise Growth Project and implemented by the ICT Chamber of Commerce MASIT, in partnership with the STIKK – Kosovo IT Association and ICT Network – Srbija.
In the past fifteen months, the main goal of this project was to support SMEs from the targeted value chains (fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, apparel and textiles, wood processing and tourism) from North Macedonia, Kosovo and Serbia in the field of digital transformation.
During this period, through the project, we are supported 23 companies from Serbia, of which 9 companies received financial support, and the digital transformation strategy was developed for 20 companies.
We would kindly like to thank all of the companies that take participation in project activities. They show a high level of understanding the digital transformation processes, willingness to work with consultants on improvement of their businesses and commitment to implementation of digital solutions in their everyday work. These companies are best example how should embrace changes and use them in your favor.

Radanska ruža: “Through this project we get new look and functionalities for our web site. That helps us to make our products more visible and available for new customers. Though the project, one of our team members also get training for managing web site, updates and content” said Predrag Stosic, director of Radanska ruža. “In future, we plan to improve our production by expanding the range of organic products to domestic markets, and the web presentation will be extremely important in the promotion and sale of these products. Namely, a new web site will enable us to show future customers the complete production from working in the fields to the production process itself. The result of these actions will be new employment of women from marginalized groups. “
Pekara Ključ (KeyBar): “Through this project we had chance to work with consultant on the development of Strategy for digital transformation. Our main goal with implementation of this solution is to improve monitoring and consolidate business”, said Vesna Njegic, one of the founder of Pekara Kljuc. “What we want in the future is to listen to the needs of our customers so that we can offer many innovative products created in a combination of science, practice and the highest quality raw materials, while maintaining high quality, but also to pass on our experience and knowledge to our future generations.”
More information about project:
Since the project started at the time of the pandemic, at the beginning of the project through fast track cycle, the idea was to support companies that already have started some improvements on their digital assets or have clear idea about their need in digitalization domain so that financing of the solution can help them to improve their business in challenging time like pandemic crisis is.
In the following cycles, experienced consultants worked with companies on the development of digital transformation strategies, after which several of them were given the opportunity to get a new look and functionality of the site through the project, buy e-commerce solutions or implement CRM or ERP solutions.
Four brochures were developed, five events were held and five newsletters were distributed.
