In this one-day training, you will learn how to recognize patterns of poor Scrum implementation, certain “pitfalls” that you should avoid using Scrum, or how to stay within its principles and specific rules, and be as agile as possible.
During the course, the most common challenges during daily and all other Scrum meetings will be discussed, how to make them more effective, then how to maintain relations with all stakeholders and how to deal with early requirements to define the exact scope of activities, schedule and budget for the project, as well as how to avoid excessive use of written documentation (too much administration). Then, how to estimate the right amount of items in the Product Backlog and the right amount of details to which each item is described. Finally, how to prevent the challenges in delivering certain parts or product functionality and not to leave an unfinished business.
This is the right training for you if you are Scrum Master or part of the Scrum team and if you are familiar with the Scrum framework, and you want to boost your knowledge.
After the training, you will become part of the Agile Serbia community, the biggest community around the region and beyond. Also, you will improve your skills and knowledge about Scrum, you will know how to help your team, as well as to face different challenges in applying Scrum.
