The second edition of Heapcon , a regional tech conference for software engineers and tech
business takes place in Belgrade on September 26th and 27th.
The organizers have recently announced all the speakers who will showcase their international
expertise at the conference. The audience will have a chance to meet professionals working at
NASA, Oracle, Google Cloud, AWS, but will also be able to learn more about local and regional
tech companies and their expertise.
