The role of a Scrum Master in a team is to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with Scrum principles and rules. Scrum Master helps the development team and removes the obstacles that are on their way to success, leads meetings and supports the practice of the Scrum.
How you will learn about Scrum?
In April, Certified Scrum Master Course with Petri Heiramo will introduce attendees with Scrum. Heiramo is real virtuous when it comes to training, with ten-year international training experience, at various corporate levels. His approach to Scrum very interactively through dynamic workshops and simulations, so he will reveal Scrum in it’s best theory and practice.
