The role of a Scrum Master in a team is to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with Scrum principles and rules. Scrum Master helps the development team and removes the obstacles that are on their way to success, leads meetings and supports the practice of the Scrum.
How you will learn about Scrum?
Certified Scrum Master Course will be held in mid-May in the second term with Nicole Belilos. Nicole is reputable expert in the Agile/Scrum area, a passionate trainer whose sessions are very dynamic and interactive, sharing her rich experience in practice with attendees during the courses. Beside training, she has also built a very successful career in agile transformations, so she used this advantage to illustrate her knowledge about Scrum with numerous simulations as well as examples from practice.

All course participants will be certified by an official CSM certificate from the Scrum Alliance (a global organization for Scrum framework). In addition, all participants will learn good practices and tools for effective team communication. In addition, they will lean to recognize opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer relationships. In the beginning, Scrum was used in software development, while today many companies use Scrum and on complex projects in various industries. Like all Agile frameworks, it has been created to bring transparency and clarity into project planning, development and implementation. There are three basic roles in Scrum, and these are Scrum Master, Product Owner and members of development team.
