The role of a Scrum Master in a team is to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with Scrum principles and rules. Scrum Master helps the development team and removes the obstacles that are on their way to success, leads meetings and supports the practice of the Scrum.
All course participants receive an official CSM certificate from the Scrum Alliance (a global organization for Scrum framework). In addition, all participants will learn good practices and tools for effective team communication. They will begin to improve the development and delivery of products and will master how take the initiative and initiate changes. After the course, all participants will know to recognize a problem and solve it, and at the same time, they will help their team. In addition, they will lean to recognize opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer relationships. After the course, participants will also become members of the Agile Serbia & CEE Region.
Scrum is one of the most widely represented and easiest Agile frameworks in the world. In the beginning, Scrum was used in software development, while today a large number of companies use Scrum and on complex projects in various industries. Like all Agile frameworks, it has been created to bring transparency and clarity into project planning, development and implementation. There are three basic roles in Scrum, and these are Scrum Master, Product Owner and members of development team.
