Certified Agile Leadership Program I is a practical and pragmatic course that adapts to the wishes and needs of all participants and is based on personal stories and examples and experiences from everyday life. Learning tools and techniques learnt on the course helps in achieving a higher level of effectiveness and self-awareness, such as the “Accountability Process”. However, the greatest focus is on practical knowledge.

Scrum Masters who want to further improve themselves and Product Owners who try to make a difference with their role in the team. Every individual who is ready to work on improving their leadership activities and further personal and professional development.
After attending this course, participants will receive the official CAL1 certificate from Scrum Alliance (global organization for Scrum framework) and will become a part of the Agile Serbia & CEE Region community. Most importantly, during the course, the participants will be presented with the variety of challenges and discover which type of a leader they are, learn all about Agile organizations, how to create, transform and maintain one. They will learn about Agile Leadership, Agile Approaches to Change, they will become more aware of how to manage the context of a situation and to develop relationships with people. They will gain a clearer focus when it comes to development challenges for the next 6 months, learn a set of principles that they can apply in their life, their team and organization, and will face themselves, their strengths and weaknesses.
Agile Development (Agile) implies the development of products through iterations, where the life cycle of a project consists of several iterations in a row. All Agile methodologies are more human-oriented than process-oriented and adaptive rather than predictive. Great importance is given to cooperation with clients and rapid response to changes. Scrum is the best known Agile framework, both, in the world and in our country.
