How you will learn about Leadership?
The Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) course by Scrum Alliance is an education and practice-based program with the goal of developing Agile leadership competency and maturity in order to increase the effectiveness of a leader in these rapidly changing conditions. This course has a concept of an interactive workshop, built around three-dimensional model of leadership: Context management, Relationship building and Growth. You will learn things about you that were not known to you before and get more clarity of who you are and what you want.

All course participants will be certified by an official CAL 1 credential from the Scrum Alliance, a global organization for Scrum framework.
