Certified Agile Leadership Program I is a practical and pragmatic course that adapts to the wishes and needs of all participants and is based on personal stories and examples and experiences from everyday life. Learning tools and techniques learnt on the course helps in achieving a higher level of effectiveness and self-awareness, such as the “Accountability Process”. The focus is on practical knowledge and skills.
Which topics are part of the agenda?
The course deals with numerous aspects of Agile leadership, the question of how to be an effective leader in the agile environment and how to become it, specific techniques and practices for the successful conduct of agile organizations, and ways to encourage ideas and initiatives in your environment and to create new leaders. Course objectives and agenda are realizing through very dynamic and interactive workshops, debates and simulations.

Scrum is the best-known Agile framework, both, in the world and in our country.
