Do you use any of Agile methodologies in product (software) development? Maybe Scrum framework? But, do you know how to write a good User Story, which format to use, what are important parts of a requirement (role, activity, business value), and why is Acceptance Criteria very important? Agile Requirements & User Stories is a one-day training where you are going to find out all of before mentioned, although it is highly recommended to attend it along with the Agile Planning & Estimating training. The content of the two courses is highly related and the participants will obtain more knowledge by participating in both courses. The training provides an explanation of Agile requirements – how to define and prioritize them.

Target Audience: Software engineers and business people who are involved in software development using Agile, and want to improve their knowledge about writing good User Stories, Requirement prioritization, and improve the whole process of product development.

After attending the training, you will become a part of the Agile Serbia & CEE Region community. Most importantly, you will know how to write a good User Story, how to prioritize Agile Requirements, what Definition of Ready is and when it is used, many useful practices like MoSCoW rule, Spikes, INVEST, etc.
