Agile Serbia is offering Advanced Certified Scrum Master training (A-CSM), a highly interactive learning experience designed to boost your success in Scrum. This course will enhance your expertise in Scrum values, practices and it’s implementation, distinguishing yourself in the competitive marketplace.
The role of a Scrum Master in a team is to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with Scrum principles and rules. Scrum Master helps the development team and removes the obstacles that are on their way to success, leads meetings and supports the practice of the Scrum.
Advanced Certified Scrum Master Course (A-CSM) is an online, guided mentoring program designed by the Certified Enterprise Trainers, designed for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who want to further master their knowledge and skills. This is a completely new approach to education in the area of Agile, tailored to the participants who are engaged in processes and people in their organization.
Your trainer at the course is Miljan Bajic, a Certified Enterprise Coach who has more than 15 years of work experience, a university lecturer in the USA, a speaker at Agile conferences across the USA and Europe, the holder of many other certifications: CSM, CSPO, CSP, CTC , SAFe SPC, PMP, PMI-ACP. There are only 99 CECs (Certified Enterprise Trainers) in the world – in order to obtain such a prestigious certificate, and Miljan is one of them. It is necessary to have extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and years of experience in their application to achieve this.
